1.  Many apologies to anyone who did not receive the ‘change of date’ notification for the last planning meeting.  The final two planning meetings for 2016 will be on Monday 12 and Monday 26 September, 12noon – 2pm at St Barnabas Church, Temple Road, Epsom, Surrey KT19 8HA with lunch included.  Everyone is very welcome to attend.

2.  Printed copies of the brochure are now being distributed.  We have plenty so please feel free to distribute them, or the electronic version, to anyone who may be interested.

3.  We had hoped to include pictures of all the speakers in the brochure but that has not been possible this year.  Hopefully a work in progress.

4.  We’d be delighted to hear from you if you would like to volunteer during the Week or at one of the pre-Week publicity events: 18 September at the Hook Road Arena Fun Day from 12.30pm; 24 September and 1 and 8 October in Epsom Market Place from 10am-4pm; and in the Ebbisham Centre from 26 September.
